Hi everyone ive just built my first PC last week, it's running a Gigabyte GA-73VM-S2 motherboard with a LGA 775 Celeron dual core currently running at 1.96GHz with the standard intel cooling fan. Im running windows xp64 pro and 1GB of corsair memory running 4-4-4-12 timings but im a bit stuck on the graphics card.

Im currently using the standard vga which is ok but only temporary and was wondering what graphics card would be suitable for begginers? ive got approx £80 to sort a decent one out. Any suggestions?

All help will be appreciated.

Thanks people keep up the great job

the 4850 is a beast of a card, but I think that is still at the £100 mark. Perhaps a 9600GT from nVidia? it packs a punch! get another gb of RAM too, 1 doesn't cut it these days :(

thanks

cheers people just thought i would let everyone know ive just managed to clock my e1200 to 2.60GHz with a 400w power supply and its 100% stable!. I tried the 2.80GHz mark and it kept on freezing after loading the start screen.

Any suggestions?

not bad for a beginner though i thought!:

I LOVE THIS E1200!:worship:
