Hi I have building a new rig 90% gaming 10%working ( rendering , streaming , etc ) Rig Spec is 3700x , ASUS ROG STRIX AMD Ryzen X470 , G.skill DDR4-3800MHz 16gb running 3600 tighten timings etc with a 1 TB M.2 with a 4k monitor but when it come to buy a Graphic Card well i have no idea what to buy i have around 750 pounds to spend and the amount of Graphic Cards in that range is alot and i do not care if it is team green or red are used or new. i just do not know should i buy a gtx 1080ti or RTX 2080 super are something between as long as it is a 2 slot card max . The fastest card in that price range would indeed be an RTX 2080 Super, then just behind(When at 4K as you are) the RadeonVII and RTX2080 would generally trade blows depending on title, with the GTX1080Ti usually coming in just behind these two at 4K.
All these cards will have 2-slot versions that are still more than capable coolers in that price range, with the VII exclusively available in its stock 2-slot/3-fan form. Which card is best for your rendering if that's a factor for you would depend on toolkit and scene complexity and stuff.

The RTX2070 Super usually outperforms the 1080Ti, moreso in modern&future titles, and can be found for around the £450 mark, with the 5700XT a little notch lower in terms of both price and performance if you wanted peak bang for buck but still essentially(Within 5% at stock clocks) 1080Ti performance when at 4K(Custom cooler variants inbound from ~£400 from next week I believe which should just nip a 1080Ti with a little OC).

If you are building in a SFF case you should definitely research size limits. You may have to find a pure dual slot card (42mm in width max) or a card with a standard height.
The graphics cards I mentioned the EVGA GTX 1080 ti FTW3 is on the approved graphics cards list for the case

Keep in mind that all the SFF cases are made out of aluminium and hence their compact size/design will make the case itself a heat source. Maybe even so hot that the case will be too hot to touch. This happaned with my previous Dan A4 SFX and my previous EVGA 1080 Ti FTW3 card, the entire top panel/part of the case got so hot that I almost burned my finger touching it.
