Never heard of that psu company which concerns me. Is he ever going to want to oc? If he is then you'll need a z87 mobo. Other than that it looks all good and it'll work

Superflower are one of the best brands . They're not well known over here (overclockers have just started selling them) but they make excellent PSUs. Terrible name though.

Everything is fine. It is better to get a k series processor if you are getting an aftermarket cpu cooler. Otherwise it is sort of a waste. The 4670k and a gigabyte z87m- d3h will do you quite well for just a tad more money.

As everyone has already confirmed, ill just leave my input

Everything seems fine but if the budget allows, why not go for a Z87 motherboard and a 4670k just for it to be a liiiiiiiitle bit better.
As already mentioned, that PSU; never heard it before either but personally i just tend to stick with Corsair or Seasonic PSUs
