they have never let me down...perfect service, quick, cheap, everything you could ever want. i hope they cain amazon at everything.

They are good, wish they had an express delivery option tho - I'm in trouble if a pressie doesn't turn up by friday - ordered it monday but wasn't posted till today. Fingers crossed.

Maybe they do but i'm thick and missed it, wouldn't be surprised..

The one time I used play.com my order took two weeks longer than it originally said Amazon all the way!

ok u guys wanted proof that they are the best...here it is..

meant to have headphones delivered today...checked the parcelforce link and it said it had been delivered and the signature was just a squiggle and said bum or somehing.

couldnt get in touch with parcelforce, so rang play and within 5 minutes they had agreed to send me out a new pair asap at no extra charge. custmer service or what?

parcelforce suck......hard

I had a similar thing happened when having my Mio ppc delivered by City Link some jobsworth had put on the tracking site that the parcel had been delivered to my works at 15:31 but that there was no response. Result, me straight on the phone to them whereupon I was told that they had a temporary driver on and that she'd just put this because she couldn't find the location.

Anyhow I digress, back on topic I'm glad to see Play.com are coming up trumps.

Never had cause to complain about Play, but it's only when things go wrong that you find out how good a company is.

I've had issues with both Amazon and Ebuyer, even though they are generally OK.

One company that springs to mind as going that little bit extra is DVD Pacific.

i also vote for Scan and Play and used them many times , Scan is a very very professional company, but one problem with Scan is they dont stock complete extreme products when you want to build complete system e.g when DFI was / is so popular they didnt stock them and they still dont, otherwise they would be my number 1 e-tailer.

i have had no problems with play in the past and i have sent something back for a refund
