ping acceptance list

frag people who ping around the 100 mark do lag like hell unless they have very high rates. because we cannot guarentee that everyone will be this good with their rates, we have to keep it under 100. if it was up to me, i wd keep it under 90, because even some people over 90 lag like hell.

To me lagging is jumping around the screen sporadically

Agreed. We could enforce rates when people join, but for some people increasing the rates only causes them to lag more.

209 on average and highest 369 and the server is not that far away.

EDIT:

ran it a couple more times and average around 55-60

lol I tried joining the servers today...and within 7mins I was also kicked because my ping dipped above 100
