something in a mid tower case that is powerful yet near silent ( watercooled or even passive if future technolgy allows it)
other than that just something that is all out power with no expense spared such as 3960x 32 gb ram 1tb ssd's gtx 690's etc
but i would prefer low noise over more power
I'm thinking about building a new PC to the end of the year, this is what I think I'll buy

i7 3700k @4.8ghz
GTX 670
Corsair H100
240gb Force 3 SSD
Maybe use my 1TB as storage drive, maybe only SSD internal drives
and this is my dream if I won the lottery

There is no such thing as an i7 3700k, I think what you meant was 3770k

two words, Quantum computing. (when it gets around and past its infancy which is where it is at in the moment)
But as for a realistic build I'm not really sure I don't think it would be very fun to have the best possible rig out there I would want something that would require me to do some modding and putting a custom watercooled loop in something that totally wasn't designed for liquid and having it be 100% silent and look like it is naturally supportive of watercooling.
