PCI Bracket Size

New GPUs extend FAR beyond the HEIGHT of the PCI bracket.

This is a problem for some cases, but information on the height of the card isn't available - there's no way to ensure compatibility.

There's currently PCI, and Low-Profile PCI, but should there be a larger standard too... that would allow better GPU cooling, and you would know if your card and case conformed to that standard.

To get a better idea of what I mean, look at the Asus 280X
And I'm talking in context of the Antec P193. Which isn't small.

nah I feel like a larger standard would be completely useless tbh, companies are managing well with just extending over the standard pci height, it would just complicate things tbh and decrease comparability between gpu's and cases which would result in less profits for the companies, so I call it a no go.
