Parallel In The Black

Here's a little thread bump for you guys.

The 980Ti shrouds were finally reworked and returned to me.

They look pretty good, not an amazing job but okay. Just need some time to strip the system down and fit them in all their chromed goodness :).

Not sure on the klevvs, I much prefer the klevv cras modules but hell they suit this build so nice, and kudos for thinking outside the box with quality street wrappers.

Has there been any more updates with the shrouds on? Only just catching up with this beast now.

Very nice! Love this project :)

Cheers Feronix :)

Taste is always personal and I like the cras modules too, but I'd want a way to turn their brightness down a bit, they are very bright. I thought about using the quality street wrappers on the memory too, but that might be a step too far!

Funny you should ask, I've been waiting on some GPU backplates which arrived from Aqua Tuning last week, just haven't had a chance to strip the system down. I've been working on my new home server and other home stuff, so this project took a bit of a pause. Hopefully more this week!

Finally got a chance to strip down the PC and complete the mods to the 980Ti's. I'll post more images soon, here's a taster :).

Wow! Epicness is level 9000 with this build, such quality and the shrouds are amazing.

How much for it?!
Absolutely sexy! Definitely jealous:wub:

Sweet, very sweet.

Cheers guys, I'll have more pics up soon as I get a free evening :).

how is the flow with everything in parallel?

The flow is quite good, I don't have to run the pump any higher than if it was a serial loop. However, bleeding the air out is more difficult, requiring the pump to be cycled 10% to 100% quite a few times! The GPU blocks especially are prone to it as they are at the far end of the circuit.

Looks great, shame about those molexes in sight, hardly a deal breaker though.

I know, I should have made the leads for the GPU LEDs longer or at least have used black molex connectors to hide them. You don't see the connectors once the side panel is back on, unless I decide to make the window taller as well as longer.

Another quick image while I'm here, you can just about see the backplates I fitted.

I have been going through page after page and I am happy to see the chrome - SO much better than the green all though I have green highlights in my own build...

Stunning to say the least!
