Palit GeForce GTX 680 2GB JetStream Availability in North America

Hey everyone,
Currently my favourite looking card is the Palit GeForce GTX 680 2GB JetStream. I'm going to bee looking to get another graphics card soon, and I would like to get my absolute favourite card this time. So far I haven't been able to find anywhere that sells the Jetstream cards that will ship them to Toronto.
Does anyone know any online stores with shipping to North America?

I really don't understand what is going on with online stores and Palit cards. I checked almost all the websites in the 'where to buy' section on the Palit website and none of them have any cards available.

Update: Funny enough, the US amazon won't ship to Toronto half the time, but the UK amazon has the jetstream card and will ship it to my address.
 
I bought my Case from Caselabs, and fantastic it is too. However, the reason I think quite a few USA & UK companies will not ship abroad is the import duties and taxes. I spent a total of $900 approx. and had to pay an aditional $140 approx in taxes?
 
Well Im not talking about shipping Im mainly wondering why no north american stores seem to have the palit cards, i only see them in uk stores. if north american stores carried the cards then shipping wouldnt be a problem
