Overclocking problem AW9D

well i will try to push up vcore more , do you know what the max temp is aprrox?

well i get 65 max onload maybe i should change the cooler ? from an artctc frezzer to something good you might suggest?

well i did some reasearch and concluded that id be better of to get it bk to 3.2 ghz stabl at 1.45 vcore and 4-4-4-12 and stay with that , on the other hand 800mhz oc is massive for me so i am happy with that :D

EDIT when i run tat i get an error numerating clock support -.- ???

here is my final overclock vcore 1.45 , nb 1.66 , timings 4-4-4 - 10 and stable at 3232 mhz ::D

Im a bit wary of using uGuru for temp readings, its always about 10c less than CoreTemp :/

Im currently struggling keeping my system stable at higher clocks, would seem to be a problem with the bios from what i've read elsewhere.

I can have my E4300 at 3ghz without having to push any more volt thru the vCore or the MCH but soon as i start to go above 333FSB i seem to hit a wall :/

I dont think i will see much of an improvement with the extra couple 100Mhz's though.

But it would still be nice to get it to boot at 3.6ghz, will leave it a while though and wait till i get another cooler or go to water cooling.

1st thing , yes that temp which is labeeled cpu in uguru is actually the chipset ,lol i have the same problem i can get 367 * 9 stable but as soon as i put 368*9 it boots but crashes , my vcore is 1.5 and im happy with 44 * c idle and 64 load and my chippy is at 1.65 and it loads @ 60 and sometimes peaks at 65

Are you still using the stock cooler? I've been getting worried about hitting 60c-68c with the stock cooler.

Im using:

FSB = 333

N/B Strap = 1333

DDR = DDR666 (1:1 so DDR800)

vCore = 1.32

MCH = 1.50

SDRAM = 2.10
