Disable EIST in CPU features. Also disable thermal throttling

Please use this thread to discuss this

disabled EIST but it still happens and the thermalt control i cant disable either 1 or 2 and it was 1 and i put it 2 but i still get it , if it doesnt effect performance i could leave it how it is

another thing i get is that after i put more than 340 x 9 it doesnt boot and does that mean i got to put the voltage up?

k but i got another prob , i set the ram instead of SPD to DDR2 800 and it started beeping and no input on monitor then i resetted the pc and now after veryfing dmi pool date it says something about it unable to boot insert system disk and insert cd?

tried but after veryfying dmi pool date

i get this

Boot from CD

DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

the cd drive is empty

guys problem solved , after i set the ram DDR 2 800 it randomly rebooted setting the 2nd hdd to boot from and not the raptor and so it didnt work but now i was searching another forum and i read that it can sometimes happen

and now it works fine , sry for posting here

wtf when i ran the test last time i got no errors how come now after 5 min i got a prob?

i even put up the ram voltage to 1.95 from 1.9

can you help?

Heat! I had this problem.. It was stable until the chip got over a certain temp and then suddenly it won't do the tests.
