The quality of posts over there is a lot lower than here. I think your thread got closed, not because of you, but because of the responses that people put. I don't think people take it seriously when you didn't elaborate much on your post and the grammar was poor, even though you were sincere. Mods tend to just nip stupid threads like that in the bud.
You most likely were suspended because then you made a new thread asking why the old one had been closed, which qualifies you for a suspension according to their FAQ and the mods discretion.
It's a bit unfair, but they also don't take people seriously who don't have that many posts.

i understand where your comming from but there were also genuine posts in there as well and you can ask anyone on here what my grammar is like some times i am a soldier at the end of the day lol

Overclocking and cooling x5
Motherboardsx3
Graphics cards x2
And as to the threads i have made if you would like to check oc3d,overclock.net, ocforums.com, hardforum.com and xtremesystems.org all ********user name you will see the same threads have been posted on their forums so to say that i am spamming is totally wrong. Also to say my thread about being in the army 13 years is spam but the one below about real or fake xmas trees is not is a bit backward i feel.

Unfortunately for you, the moderating isn't always fair as the mods don't have time to check everyone out, and even if they thought you are genuine, they probably won't cut you any slack now you've complained and said their opinion is utter tosh, even if that's true.
It also doesn't change the fact you made a new thread to complain, which would very much be considered spam I'm afraid. It was harsh to ban you for just making one thread like that, but with so much spam and rubbish in that section of the forum it's inevitable some people will get overlooked. Best way to avoid is not to create any new threads that are likely to get jumped on by people with nothing decent to say. It's a shame, 13 years is a long commitment (good on ya), but keyboard warriors won't appreciate that.

i know the mods are not employees of the shop .but i have just had another look through the rules and it says if i break the rules my post will be edited and isued a warning if it is more serous you post will be removed and you will be banned my post is still there to read so the way im reading that is i should of been given a warning because they havnt removed my post

I wouldn't let it get to you. You're not missing out on much really, plus you can still read the forums. Only annoying thing might be the extra time to get onto the trading section, but you can accumulate 250 posts in no time, even without spamming.
