Overclocked usb, doesn't detect keyboard/mouse

Hello, do you know anyting about usbport.sys? i tried adding the 1000hz from this website, and now my keybaord and mouse dont work (or it does, but not once im at vista's log in screen.) i downloaded a modified usbport.sys and changed it with default. how can i switch trihs back/fix it?
