Yeah, I scam people by taking an old obsolete piece of worthless memory off of their hands, and sending money to them for that "favour". It's realy hard to find here. 2 gb ddr2 cost about 25 € here and this 512 sdram for notebooks costs almost 50 € if you can find a store that has it. How can this even be a scam?

That would all depend on how you sent the money. You could also be getting it cheap from us and selling it on at full price.

I think I've got some old lappy ram laying around, I'll see what I can dig out.
