You can at least read the news article. Do you think people are safe from a government ESPECIALLY the US government forever? From what i have been seeing there was a lead and it was followed. There are plenty of people who will not believe it EVEN IF they show DNA tests. Also there has been some really strange response that has been seen by the radicals that the US has not seen in a while ever sense word got out that Laden was dead. Also it was just a myth that he has been living in mountains for so long. There were just a bunch of BAD leads saying that he was there. For the most of the time he was no were near the mountains.

Besides do you really think we have not seen him elsewhere. our predator drones have hundreds of photos of him in different places. and yes this is not the first time we have reported him dead, but it is the first to were we have and have his body. also Taliban fighters are not top notch fighters, for every one US solder dead there is around 50+ Taliban fighters dead.

Personally i think anyone who does not hope this body is Laden is pathetic. Also chances are you never had to experience a major attack on your country in you lifetime that killed thousands of people. Not to mention i lost a friend in the 9/11 attacks. I think your last statement was VERY insulting. This is a HUGE victory to capture the man who caused 9/11.

this says to me, that they butchered it into small pieces, so that it would easily rot, or be eaten by sea creatures/fish.

when another 'most wanted' person was caught (saddam hussien), we actually saw him being hung. that was proof enough for me.

as someone who has trained with special forces units, all spec ops units have headcams while taking down hi-prof targets. this is used for future training purposes and for-the-record.

rumours have been circulated before of his death (2002/2005/2006/2009).

if anything, i think this maybe a lax-ruse... supposedly dead people think they are immortal and make silly mistakes... if this is true - his future capture/death will no be publically broadcast (to stop accusations of lying). so, either way, it is the end, or the beginning of it.

for moral purposes this is great - but it is not the end of al qaida - they will all want to follow their messenger-of-abraham into glory.

i predict more HUGE attrocities towards the west from al qaida - maybe even worse than 9/11. let's hope not!

Al-Qaeda and the Taliban are totally different groups

and you know what the Taliban are literally, everyday people who picked up their weapons to defend their land against the US forces

people then gave it to Pakistani Taliban to make people think they are all linked but there is no connection. the same way that 7/7 sounds like 9/11 the governments try to make it sound like its all one evil person doing all this, where people it is not all al-Qaeda for what the US have done to muslims around the world all bin laden was trying to do was bringing the war back to your land, im not saying what he has done is right but muslims have been getting murdered all over the World and the US have turned a blind eye (Palestine, Bosnia)The fact is that 3000 people died in 9/11... but in bosnia 200,000 to 400,000 people died, in palestine in ONE MONTH 1,500 people died but because your western its made to look ten times worse

Well thats not going to happen, they dumped the body at sea already, WTF. Thats like getting hitler and dumping the body at sea before anyone can see it. Something is not right, some will claim islamic law about disposing of the body within 24 hours, but I think who this guy is would over ride that rule. How will you verify the DNA, you just have to take the word of the Gov. Not like anyone can do an independent test of the remains now. But that should be good enough, unless you think the government would be dishonest with you.
