I am not really sure what you mean, but if you look at original 800D case you will see the difference

I removed lower hard drive cage, floor between main and lower bays I replaced with custom one, power supply is

on its side as in original case power supply mounts horizontaly, and them as you can see i made custom plate so

you can install power supply from the back and them plate will hold it, compared to original there is no plate. And

custom cover plate for CD/DVD drive bay.

Its not a heat exchanger that your thinking of its actually a watercooled power supply.

Yeh the watercooled PSU idea is awesome man. Unnecessary withtop of the range PSU's, but awesome nonetheless

Havent diceded yet if I want to use black fan or orange, so what do you guys think? would love to hear some opinions.

Depends, if you are going for a colourful loop and components i would say orange, but if you are going stealthy: ie sabertooth mb, black hose etc then i would go black
