Odd start up behaviour ?

All of a sudden when I turn my PC on, after the manufacturer page, before the Windows load screen, it goes blank, as normal, and then the load circle appears, but over the manufacturer page, and not the Windows page. The start up has gone from about 3 seconds top about 10, before the MSI page would pop up, then it would be straight into Windows, with no load circle.

That's not the strangest thing, when it gets to the desktop, the image flicks between a black page, and my background about 6-7 times. I use 3 1080 monitors in eyefinity, but when I turn 1 or 2 of during start up it still happens.

This is a fresh install on a previously used drive, with only the drivers installed and GPU-Z, AVG, and WinZip, other than that it is clean. I rushed the build initially and wanted to get everything cleaned up, now it is finished. Any ideas guys.

I've just fully removed the latest CCC Beta, and when it restarted it lagged slightly, but it didn't flicker between screen this time, so I tried to install CCC 14.9 it went through the process, up until restart and the screen went black with the monitor debug code in the bottom corner, and just froze, so I reset it after a couple of minutes and when it came on the driver wasn't installed, I'm in the process of downloading it again.
