I have an AMD Phenom II 1055t (not the black edition) and an ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 motherboard that has the full ability to be OC everything, with Mushkin "Radioactive" RAM 1600 6-8-6-24 (at stock)

In the mail i have a Noctua NH-D14 coming to replace my stock heatsink (finally) and am now wondering how high can i clock my CPU and RAM, stable... if possible, be as specific as possible with the clock speeds so i don't horribly screw up my computer.... i'm good at computers but still novice in the overclocking world... is it possible to get into the 4ghz realm or even the coveted 5ghz with the noctua?

I know that components are different from one another, but a number where i could fish around so i dont over or under shoot the true potential of my computer would be nice

All feedback is enjoyed, thanks.
