Welcome back. Since you say only a single core sempron at the moment, do you have a planned upgrade path? If so what are you going to go with?

No upgrade plans, the sempron is just my little nas/htpc/server.. Parents wont let me fold on my main pc as a 4.5ghz fx8120 and 2 gtx 460's use waaaaay to much energy
I think the sempron will do about 1 wu every 2 days

Depends what you were otherwise using your rig for. If you were normally using your SR-X quad SLI rig for playing Angry Birds at 240p, yes, you will see a huge jump in electric. If you were using your 2500k for gaming and video editing 18 hours a day, you will see marginal increase.

Hey Guys I was using Folding Version 7.41 with the viewer ,, i really like the viewer but i had many problems with that version so i am now using GPU Tracker version 2 that Tom Recommended, but i really would like to have the viewer to use as a desktop while my machine is doing the work i think it is really cool . So can someone plz tell me where to get the Viewer that will work with this Version Plz and where i can download it .. the viewer i have only comes with version 7. so a stand alone or the one for the GPU v 2 would be awesome ... i really enjoy using it as a desktop while my PC cranks out the work. Would greatly Appreciate Help thanks...

Finally set up an ubuntu 4 core virtual in my VM farm to run 24/7/365 folding. Only getting arounf 8000 PPD but every little helps.

I've only been active since the evening of 06.17.2012. Since then, my current updated point total is 113,174. For some reason, my 24 hour average is 16,168. That seems off.
Anyway, I did get one of the GPUs on my 690 to start folding. Tried for just a short while to get both, but had to go to bed. Hopefully I can get both of those crunching!

Ive just started folding, it is a really good cause and i am going to commit to it by using my renderer 24/7 when im not using it.
