Has anyone had success in hiding the lame metal bracket sticking into the windowed area? was thinking of just getting a sheet of anodized blue aluminum (similar to what is on the p9x79 pro mobo and gskill ares ram) to fit over it. but the angles would still look funny I think. Also that could be too much blue with a big sheet of it there.

I had an idea of using some white or black contact paper and creating a creative design to follow the angle of the window or even just use white contact paper to narrow the window just enough to hide the optical cage.

I never really thought about it but I can see where it may be distracting to some. But i like it kinda gives an industrial feel to it lol. Would of been nice if it didnt come down as far either maybe hiding more of the psu as well.

Oooh I kind of like the look of the angled idea. I think I'll try that. Thanks for the help. I'll probably get some blue vinyl to stick on underneath like you pictured then have text or some thing in white on the outside. might give the text a spiffy 3d look to.

That will look very nice the blue with white text. Try to post some pics when you get done.

Thought about etching/frosting spray? Was going to use it on a 690-II window panel to hide the PSU, but haven't ever got around to getting the white right (had to by a black one and paint it), so haven't got an example.

So i found a local sign shop to do the custom vinyl stickers for fairly cheap. Then I realized i had no idea what it should say. Any suggestions? What would you write on the side of your computer?
