Nvidia driver crash!?!

I just put my computer together and for some reason randomly the video driver crashes and I have to hit the reboot button on my case. I have a GTX 460 Superclocked and my powersupply is 550w. I have looked on EVGA's site and have done what they have said, reinstalled the drivers and everything. I'm not sure what else to do. Here is a picture of what it looks like. Somebody help me! Thanks

I'm pretty sure I figured it out. My computer wouldn't boot so I removed a stick of ram and it booted fine. Then I ran OCCT for 3 hours and it had no errors. Before it would fail within 5 minutes. When the screen would do this it would lock up and I'd have to restart so I'm pretty sure it wasn't related to the graphics card. Hopefully tonight when I get my new ram it'll run fine.
