users not boxes[servers are a large portion] .... but i also believe this is rele low i think thats probably novell desktop users

Hmm, if we are talking users I would say that since yahoo google etc use Linux behind their sites and people use that that number is very low. Seriously, users seems better mis heard that =/.

its probably higher, hell every improving nation runs Linux en masse or @ least will be... google stats is where to get a good a good estimate and even then a lot of users do not have net access
