Noctua NH-D14

Will an NH-D14 Fit nicely on a Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4 Intel P55 with 4 Gig of Mushkin Blackline Ram in without any problems?

Plus if In the future i was to upgrade to 8 Gig 4 x 2gb of ram would it fit okay still too?

ah the case is fine Xclio Windtunnel V2 not a favourite amount ppl like yourself but it does me find and lots of room inside

I have the Noctua on my i7 950 i absolutly love it, tom reviewed and swayed me to get that instead of a H50 it keeps temps really cool idle and load, thanks tom...oh and to answer your question i think it should fit
