Noctua dh14 !!HELP!!

The heatsink covers the first RAM slot so you can't use 4 sticks of memory that isn't compatible. However the other three slots are covered by the fan which can be raised to accommodate sticks that wouldn't fit under the heatsink.

I'd honestly still swap the RAM. The Vengeance isn't even amazing. Try get yourself some Mushkin or G.Skill like Tom said. The Vengeance heat sync is way too oversized and does just as good of a job as a Mushkin or G.Skill performance part, might even save yourself some money.
