hey, i'm basically new to overclocking, you can see my spec's in my signature

i got into overclocking because of tinytomlogan awesome youtube videos he makes for his reviews, and decided to join OC3D

also about 1 week ago i reach the 4GHz milestone

also i really need a new cpu cooler (stuck with the standard cpu cooler) and i would like to ask if anyone here could recommended a really good cpu cooler, though subzero cooling is too much

. i have heard the Noctua NH-D14 is 1 of the best atm, but i want to make sure before i go out and buy a new cooler when i could have gotten a better

TBH the D14 is probably one of the best CPU coolers on the market atm, get that bad boy and clock that bad boy i7 to the skies

another question

would you define a cpu running on 1.1 volt and 3000MHz to be a low voltage cpu?, i don't really know that much about it yet but i have heard that there are some cpu's that will run on very low voltage and some won't
