I'd go for a 20" or a 22" as you gain in resolution aswell as the size.

19" - 1440 x 900

20/22" - 1680 x 1050

I think 19" screens are only around £100

Hey guys

Well what a day I sold my 17inch LG to local pc store and ended up with a Samsung Syncmaster 204BW, and wow..what a monitor I am utterly stumped at the power of this thing.
