new summer build

So finally got a case and graphics card

to do list:

-Buy matching fans

-Paint grills white

-New power supply

-New fan controller

-New SSD

-New cooler, could be watercooling if i have the patience to mod the case

the cooler needs to be rotated 90-degrees anti-clockwise, 'cos it is sucking heat off the GPU

If I was you I'd try and tidy the cables up a bit and also turn the CPU cooler around so that its not sucking up hot air for the GPU.

EDIT: apparently i can mount the fenrir 90* time to dismantle :/

2ND EDIT: i wasnt supplied with the amd bracket to actually rotate the cpu cooler :/

You just use the bracket you have atm.. Just turn it around lol.

amd brackets are rectangular mate.........not square

it can mount at any angle on an intel motherboard but only up or down on an amd board

He's right i have seen this before with some of the AMD mounting brackets

One suggestion, get some cable ties and tie up the psu cables at the bottom of the case, would make it look freakin SWEET!

regarding the cable management, I'm waiting on a new power supply and braided extensions cables + the motherboard is only mATX so cables will be more hidden under the board at a later date.
