New Site Design, Need Help With Scripts

I own B4 Host and over the last few weeks have been creating a new style for the site.

Here is our current design:

I dont know if anyone would help me but i need a few scripts creating for me.

The first one needs to be on my frontpage and allow Cpanel login and the second needs to be a automated account creation and paypal billing system.

Anyone up to the task and if they are there will be a years worth of free hosting in it for them.

right - for billing i would use this

Mordern bill - easy to configure with Paypal and gives your customers a billing interface and details of their packages and when next bills are due etc, you should find that it does more than you need!

ofcourse there is a price, but as your running a business here software packages that your company need to function must come into consideration.

Edit: As an end user of this product i found it great to use, it takes your customers billing details and then passes it over to paypal, checks if the domain name is available, takes the details for registrying the domain - does the whole lot!, i can see why people use it.

Cpanel is a control panel its for linux systems and it aint free

Sam, for the login you can just use a form element and set it to submit the login details to the cpanel login page. Its dead easy. Lemme know if u need help.
