New Phone

Im gonna be getting a new phone in the next few months and i was wondering if anyone knows of any nice ones. Iv got a Motorolla V3 rzr at the moment, but if had it for ages now and its overall a shitty, slow phone. I want my new one to be as versatile as possible with a memory card and the ability to use 3rd party programs on it. Some sort of phone/PDA would be ideal. Any ideas?
