Hello All, decided to join after watching and following on YouTube for a month or two, thought the advice of the forums may come in useful soon with a new rig on the horizon, also I was a day late for entering the Snow White comp :-(

Got to say Nerd Baking FTW!

Oh wow it's been a while since I have been on a forum. Buuuuuut I just wanted to say hii and that I am a COMPLETE newcomer to all of this. I plan on eventually building my own computer, but for now I am resorting to this poor excuse for a laptop (intel celeron 2.2GHz w/ 2gigs of RAM and a 250gig HDD). I do however have some begginer questions that I would like to be answered and some reccomendations for my build. I must point out that I am 15 and will probably be getting a job in the summer

, so money will be a big concern for me. Down to my type. I am graphics type of guy and enjoy utilizing programs such as Cinema4D, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects, and Boujou. I probably know so little compared to everyone else who joins but I hope I can get some real advice from here. Thanks(:

Best thing to do to learn is read as many threads as you can and do as much research as you can on the hardware and software you will use, if you need to know about something in particular ask in the forums and someone will be able to answer your question

Hello peps from OC3D,

I am a dutch bold (CueBall) bloke living with misses and 2 kids. Overclocking and hardware always been a hobby of mine since I can remember.

I stumbled upon you guys by looking up some hardware reviews. Great stuff love the way he handles his act and mentality.

Made me wonder and here I am. So hello and hope seeing you all around for some advice or a blast......................

Hey everyone I'm pretty new here already started posting questions, and hoping for answers. No need for my real name Tiz is cool and easier to say than my long ass real name. Anyway hope to check you all around OC3D at some point and have some debates about questions asked.

Hey guys, I used to be a lurker until I joined about an hour ago. I'm 17, current build is my first one and so far I am really loving computers and PC gaming. Currently studying various programming skills on my own like Python and Java and I hope to get into game design in college.

I joined because I found TTL's videos on YouTube and his videos are the most informative hardware reviews on the web (that I've seen).

Hope to you you guys around!
