If bios flashing is done, sure a bios would be needed.

I'm just thinking which bios can give the best effect.(ie-most settings)

It doesnt work like that with laptops dude, you cant just change the bios in ways like you can motherboards. If the settings are not there then leave it. Generally laptop cooling can not cope with all the extra heat anyways.

hello, everyone. I'm new to the forum and I just wanted to let everyone know that I hope to be frequent visitor and long time member of this forum.
 
Oh Hai!

My name is Bex, I'm 20 and recently moved down to England. Some of you may already know me from other forums, though most will probably not. Been working with PC's since I was 16 - got a job at the local PC store and trained under IBM's previous top network technician (Until of course IBM Greenock changed hands etc), moved to Glasgow 3yrs later and built gaming rigs and ran LAN networks at Microplay Gaming Ltd (Scotland's biggest LAN centre now closed sadly - bought out by HMV Gamer base) and then spent nearly a year unemployed.... I now work as a 2nd line data TSA at Virgin Media Business specializing in ADSL connections - although I do all sorts other than ADSL! (Cable, met net, national ethernet).

Been overclocking and watercooling for quite some time now. Some of you may of seen me on Hexus TV @ GOOC or my rig on youtube. Will be starting a new project soon so I'll be glad to share it with you all when the time comes :)
