new graphic cards?

hey people.....

right i am looking at new gpus, would like to get a bitter more preformance out....

i have a hd7770 asus 2gb card at the min and would like to either crossfire this card with another....or more to the green side gtx 7??

but dont know what to do....



any help? not got loads of money so dont be like 780ti... done

would have to save a pot up to buy in the new card !!!!!

How much would you be able to save for? I'd aim for a 660 max considering your CPU is a bit -ahem- on the lower end of the spectrum. crossifred 7770s can do quite well if crossfire is supported by the games you play. you should think about upgrading to an 8320/6300 as well.
 
You can always consider AMD's new APU's. Apparently, they are quite good (I haven't gotten any specs). Plus, there is always a chance to upgrade the GPU later. Migh be a decent idea to do a bit of a refresh to your system. An APU would handle the older CPU problem you have and be a GPU for the time being. Just another option to connsider. :P
 
yeah i will be need a new motherboard. then cpu then new or second gpu !!!

think i could save 250 ish on a gpu
 
Don't bother about the APUs until they release the Athlon versions without the gpu bits. If you did go for an apu it'd still be an upgrade in the CPU department as they actually have better single core performance than most FX cpus!
