50 bucks over budget, but if you want to save some money go for a cheaper cooler, or a 4670k.

I see a few problems

Gaming rig /= i7 first and foremost imo. I'd change that to an i5.
Personally I'd get a 290x as that's the same price for slightly more/ the same performance.
the HDDs are pretty basic. I'd swap those out with money saved from the cuts I suggested.
I'd also change the PSU to an RM650.

-edit- here is what I created. I left the DVD drive in even though you don't need it. I also left your case choice although I'd personally look at something else.

Get a 290x, its better for the money. And an RM series PSU.

Thats true. All you have to do is add "uk." to the begining of the URL and the prices go through the roof
