new clone tower. high end rig

i'm planning to get a new pc. i would like to know if this kit is good or should i modify some part for something else. i'll play games like league of legends, run ts , ventrilo, movies, etc etc.

so far, the store want to sell me this:

processor: intel I5 2500k 3.30G/6M/S1155

Motherboard: S1155 ASUS P8P67-M REV3 P67

Ram: Kingston KVR 1333MHz DDR3 8GO KIT.<

graphic card is a sapphire PCIE RAD HD 6870 1024M HDMI BTE DDR5

will it be better to get this or should i consider an AMD processor like 1090T black edition or 1100 one with a motherboard done for this.

I want something that is aggressive for games, that run fast and i can oc to death.
