New case fans, quiet and blue?

Im just Wondering if There's a Better fan out there than My current CM sickleflows. (which are quiet and move a decent ammount of air on the lowest voltage but They do make a fair racket if you ramp up the speed)

I want 120mm Quiet and Blue LED's, Really just a change Of Fans to Liven The rig up a bit.

I have phobya g silent blues. They arent too bad. And they are blue as heck. I have four turned on atm and they light the room lol.

If you want quiet get rid of your antec/asetek cooler; get a Noctua or other large heatsink. You'll get better temps at lower fan rpm's.

As for quiet, Enermax and Thermalright make really quiet fans. Enermax makes quiet fans with LEDs.

Ive since swapped to full watercooling, But That Antec i Had 2 CM Sickleflows on it, Now i may be up in scotland but that thing idled between 18-23c Easy
