need some help

ok so i didnt really know where to put this but i am having some trouble with the site. whenever i click on anyones name to go to there profile it just says i dont have permission and when i click on the "My Profile" link on the top it also says i dont have permission. How do i fix that.

And i was trying to post a thread in the Rig gallery and after i make the thread it says i have to wait for it to get approved by an admin. How long does that usually take?

you cant get into profiles and your profile cause u need 15 posts, also an admin checks over ur post it usually doesnt take them long be patient
