need some advice with my h100i

i have got corsair commander with the leds and fan nodes that runs fine on corsair link, i can do as i like although it will not read my h100i pump, i know the pump has kept previous settings so its pumping away and keeping my temps relatively good, below 60.
It took me a long time to get the commander link working im having to use a beta version and firmware from version 1.
should i leave the pump and use the fan node to control the rads fans or plug them into the h100i.
any advice is appreciated.
and if ive left anything out let me know and btw im running 64bit windows 7 and specs listed below

since the H100i has no interface with the Corsair Link V1, if yoru RBG on the controller
needs changing, then you'll have to use the V2 version for it. if so, then link the
fans to V2 and leave the lighting to V1.
but id ask corsair about possible driver cross-links and compatabilitiy. my Link
experience was a feasco and if there is a trace, these may not be able to live on
the same HDD.

the only issue is my pump now and i can hear it running so that will suffice till they get back to me
