First of all, hello, and thank you for your time spent reading this, and answering it.
• Where are you located? Serbia, but I am going to buy the parts in Hungary, Budapest. @ http://www.bluechip.hu/
• What is your budget? Not planing to use more then 2000 Euros
• Will you need a monitor, keyboard, and/or mouse included in that budget? No
• Shall you be requiring an OS? No
• What will you be using this rig for? Gaming, programming, designing.
• If gaming, what resolution will you be playing at? It's going to be 1080p, until I get a 1440p monitor in the near future.
• Will you be overclocking? Not sure about this
• Do you need a full build or will you be reusing some old parts? It's going to be a full build
So basically, a few weeks ago my old rig (graphic card) died (the rig is about 5 years old, and I don't want to use any parts from it), and I want to make a new rig.
Here are the parts that I was planing to use for the new build, but I still need some advice and suggestions about the parts.
Chassis: Thermaltake Suppressor F51 (130.39 Euro) - I bought this chassis all ready, so there is no changing here, it's going to be built in this one.
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H (152.37 Euro) - I saw on the forums that a lot of people talk about ASUS and MSI motherboards, and not so much about Gigabyte. Is ASUS or MSI a much better option, do they offer more then Gigabtye, or are they better in quality then Gigabyte? And if so, which motherboard should I get as a replacement for this one, that is in the same price range?
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K (227.98 Euro) -
CPU Cooler: Corsair H110i GTX 280mm (146.30 Euro) - What's the difference between the H110i GTX and H110i GT? Is there maybe anything better then this one? But still has to be a CLC. And the plan was to put in on the top of the case, as a push configuration.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866MHz 2x8GB CL9 (109.90 Euro)- Not sure about the RAM, since I didn't really try to overclock the memory yet.
SSD: Samsung 850 PRO 2,5" 256GB (141.95 Euro) - Heard from some friends that Samsung has some pretty good quality SSD's, and a good 10 years warranty, but if you think there are better, I am up for changes.
HDD: WD Black 7200rpm 64MB SATA-III 1TB (73.43 Euro) - Am going to stick with 1 TB for the start, didn't have much issue with space in the past, and I always have a reserve somewhere if I really need to use it.
Graphic card: SAPPHIRE Tri-X Radeon R9 FURY (683.15 Euro) - I am kind of an AMD fan when it comes to graphic cards, I know that it's an overkill for 1080p, and that you don't get the maximum out of the card, but since am planing to upgrade to a 1440p monitor in the near future I guess this could be a good solution.
Power Supply: This is a part that I really need help with. What wattage do I really need for this thing, and which brand do you suggest? I checked the coolermaster.outervision thingy, and got about 500 W on that, so I guess a 750 W will do the job, without stressing it.
Chasis coolers: I am going to replace the stock fans on the chasis. And was planing to go with the Corsair AF140x2 as intake on the front, AF140 as exhaust on the back, and an AF120 on the bottom.
Current total price: 1665.47 Euro
