need help with server build

Hello everyone

i am going to build a server not a big server just one that i can use at home of my backups and webhosting untill i need a bigger server

ok so my question is what parts would you reccomend i buy i have a little budget so any help would be nice thanks

i have 2gb ddr3 ram in mine (4gb max)

and you pout eny 4 hdds in the caddys + you can pout a 2.5 internal hdd in side the case

i have 3x 1TB + 1x 1.5TB drives in mine

the montherboard is a dual-core with 4 threds its very fast and a good wee server
