We want to make sure our members get the best ISP possible. We've been hooked up with IDNET for some time and couldn't be happier

Check out our little news item about them and then go check out their EXCELLENT customer service here

We owe a lot of love to IDNet for their continuing support of OC3D. Their blazing fast network is what makes OC3D one of the most nippy review sites on the net, and their ADSL broadband is what gives our clan the edge over any other team.

If you're in the UK and looking for an ISP for home or business, these are the guys you should speak to first.

We should really set up a customer feedback/praise thread and direct people looking to switch to the thread. I think it would be reassuring to anyone who might be wary of such a "small name" provider.

IDNET are t3h k1ck4zz! :rocker:

Indeed, I phoned at 12 they said that as of last night there were no tickets in the system. They opened my ticket at 09:05 just to say

We would like to inform you that your Help Assistant Question [ 19838090 ] has now been returned to the Customer Support Centre pool. A member of our Support Team will investigate your issue as soon as possible.

IDNet's customer service is excellent - not that most customers will have to use it. I sent an email once and they rang straight back. Simply the best ISP I've been with.

Simon from Idnet rang me to inform me that my credit details had expired, I said I would get back to him as I was on holiday.

I rang back a couple of days later and tha first thing he said was hello Alan thanks for getting back to me. That is how personal the service is, no other provider would go to the hassle of making sure they know first names when they speak to people. Although sometimes company policy states that the customer must be Mr this or that, IDNET are more closer to the OC3D community and do provide excellent service which is why I have not / will not change. :worship:

I might even get the chance to start gaming soon.. yes I do not even game on the internet yet. I am now switching to the games thread for advice ..

Indeed :) Although like most isps they sometimes run into problems but I'm glad to say they were definately helpful upon ringing them. You can even request a line test on the spot for free :)

My only questions, how do I go about getting hooked up with IDNET in the states??? ;) My cable company just recently got switched and my speeds got jacked. I went from 20/3.5 to 6/312kb :( Still trying to "change" my speeds with the new cable co butno luck yet
