Ok well i am in the middle of a custom build for myself. and i need help finding the right power supply. First off here is my specs sofar.

Mobo:asus -maximus V formula
CPU: intel i7 3770k
Mem: corsair dominator platinum 2x8gb 1600
Gpu: 2x evga gtx 670ftw 4gb
HDD: 2x WD black 2tb drives
SSD: Corsair gt 256
Fans: 13 bitfenix specter pro red led
Pumps: 2x D5's
Fancontroller: bitfenix recon

That should be everything that i know off that uses power. Now the big question. Should i go with the corsair AX860i or the AX1200i. i am going to be overclocking. but i do not wana buy to big of a psu that be waisting the money on it. All help is apreciated and all criticisem is welcome.

the 860i is overkill.. but can be configured to use just fine.
yeah, 1200 is just overboard. the 760i would be more in-line
with day to day usage.if the GPU(s) were 6900-series or
GTX 500-series, the higher PSU wattage would have been
better. tbh, a tri-SLI will easily hold up on the 860i

So you feel that the 860i would do just fine for a oc on the cpu and oc on 2 gpus and be able to power all the fans and still be able to power a full custom loop.
