i think warranties on OEM are only one year and retails are 3 years mate

OEM CPU - 1 Year vs 3 Year on a Retail CPU.

That RAM will work fine with the motherboard and the CPU, might get some myself actually!

Definately get the OEM CPU over the Retail if it's £10 less IMO, you've got a good cooler so you don't need the stock cooler.
