Holy chow on the backside

Well it's better at the back than at the front

Just noticed though some of 3 of the lead's go over the tubes inside so will have to move them when my head is pounding like a jack hammer is being used inside.

Nice nighteffect

theres many ways you can hide those cathodes and wires so it looks better at daytime. anyways a very nice nighttaking. btw those first pctures gave me a limp bizkuit. Very disturbing

That picture was taken during the day but I just simply closed the curtains and turned the light's off

The layout has changed since that picture was taken though, and it now look's like the last set of the pictures.

Still not happy with it though, but I won't be doing anything more to it as when I do my next upgrade I will just give my dad my pc and sell his old one to put the money towards my upgrade, and I will be getting a more water friendly case.

I love how it got better and better overtime and I breathed an ultimate sigh of relief for how clean it looks with the last set of pics.

Well I finally managed to upgrade my pc, to a Sandy Bridge E build after a long wait and constant issues of family members needing money from me :wallbash:

Anyway I finally managed to upgrade from:

Asus P8Z77-V Pro
Intel Core I7 2700K
8Gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz CL9

To

Asus Rampage IV Extreme
Intel Core I7 3930K
16Gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz CL8

Currently housed in a NZXT Switch 810, but soon to be changed for a Corsair Obsidian 900D.

Pictures below are once the upgrade started

Nearly everything stripped out.

Once I have my new case I will eventually add in 2 GTX Titans watercooled to aid the tubing to look better and cleaner, as well as the motherboard being watercooled eventually as well.

Will start overclocking it tomorrow properly, but I have managed to stress the cpu for 30 minutes at 4.6ghz using 1.35v and the max core temps I have seen up to now is between 58c and 65c so still have some room left.

Benchmarks will be added once I have the overclock on the cpu sorted.

Why would you ever want to change cases from the Switch? I'm in love with that case (figuratively, or course.....or, not?). Nice job on the tubing, but I agree it will be a lot cleaner when you get the Titans under water. Consider me subbed :D

The case I want to change for the Obsidian 900D because I like the looks of it, and also it will support me being able to have more rads, for when I watercool the board and graphics cards.

I was going to watercool my 2 GTX 680's, but because I want to go to 3 monitors the 2Gb of Vram will hold it back so I am just going to change my cards at some point this year, or early next year but will need to see what is out.

At the moment though my pc is in bit's as there is something going on with it, and I have got to go and pick up the board, chip and graphics cards today from Scan, and then rebuild the pc and start testing everything.

Currently my SSD will not work on the Intel Sata 6Gb ports but, my 1tb Seagate drive will but my SSD will work on the Intel Sata 3Gb ports and the Asmedia 6Gb ports.

Getting graphic corruption as well which is why the board was being tested, but as Scan have tested it with my cards and cpu it's looking like it's something else other than the board causing the graphic corruption.

Potentially it was the temp of the cards but not to sure yet so need to spend the weekend testing it all, and see what happens but the annoying factor is that I didn't have any problems with my ssd or graphics cards on my Asus P8Z77-V Pro, motherboard but on the Rampage IV Extreme I am getting issues.

Will update at some point over the weekend, but I have to go to my Grandads birthday party later today so I only have a small amount of time to test it today.

Here we go benchmarks finally done.

One thing I don't understand is the 3D Mark 11 Stretched result's and I only, found that making it stretched gives better results is because I was searching the net to see if 3D Mark 11, has a 120fps cap as I cannot get above 120fps on any of the tests.

Pretty nice build, must be planning to upgrade later with that 1000 watt PSU, also cable management is could be better, but i am sure you will do more work on it later on.

Going to get a new PSU at some point, one of the Corsair ones so I can stop using the annoying extension cables.

Going to get a mid plate for it as well and a new pump/res combo and new fans.

Finally managing to get round to posting some pics.

Still not happy with it but getting there, although to be honest I think after my next upgrade I won't be watercooling.

My sound card is in the middle of the graphics cards and I cannot find a braided floppy power cable anywhere so that is, one thing that is annoying me but the other thing is the tubing but Specialtech always seem to be out of stock of the Acrylic Tubing from Primochill and then fittings, other wise I would have the tubing abit better although I would need a second pump because the radiator is a PITA to bleed.

Even with the 10 fans it is actually very quiet.

I know the rad is complete overkill for the cpu and motherboard only but I am still not sure if I am going to watercool the cards yet or not.
