Yeah the Mayhems aurora is crazy stuff.

But seems like there is a problem with this: * Reservoirs with Inbuilt Pumps do not work well as the pump vents suck in the pearl and do not release it.

** Single DDC / D5 Reservoir has large opening on right hand side were the water is dead and does not move this causes the pearl to drop out of suspension and lay.

If it wasnt for this i'd probably order x3 of each.

Picked up a new toy tonight. Better pictures from now on (hopefully

Yeah ive seen that one and i might get it or a sigma 50mm. I was going to get a good macro lense for portraits and close up detailed pics but they are a bit expencive. Im gonna order a good tripod, camerabag, memorycard and some cleaning products first.

I just came across this desk mod. It looks very familiar.

Go to page one and ul find exact same link. Havent taken any ideas from that btw, if that was what u were hinting to.

I wasn't saying you copied it or anything like that. I just like how someone else had the same idea. Makes me want to do one.

Regards to the Aurora, I found it tend to sit on the top of barbs leaving the pearl lodged in between the barb end and hose, kinda ruined the look for me.

Definitely gold and blue dye, I think that would look really good. And tbh. I haven't seen anyone do that before either =)

so you took pictures of your new camera with your old camera.

thats like inception

BUT FOR CAMERAS. lol. nice camera dude id love a nice dslr my mums 350d has been on the fritz for a while so when i get some funds i shall score a similar memory capturing device.

nice camera. got a 60D myself and a few lenses. Originally just got kit lens (canon ef-s 17-85 to get better images of the the review items but have since really gotten intothe whole photography thing, bringing forth the comment from Mrs Dubs "like you need another expensive hobby"

and yes,get yourself the canon 50mm f1.8 (nifty 50) you'll love the bokeh

G-dubs, i was thinking about that 60d myself, but the house alone costs 730£, but its a really nice cam.

Im havent decided yet what lense to get, but i will decide later when i have tested it propperly. First prior is to get a memory card for it and a bag.

I've gotten the package from mdpc and now im done sleeving for now. Finnished the multi media I/O controller and the last sata's tonight.

Heres one of the usb connectors dressed in black.

E-sata and audio have vanilla sand sleeving while the rest is black. The 1394 cable will most likely be cutted off or hidden so thats not sleeved.

Last time i sleeved a usb header, it got so hot it became an oval

Yeah you cant heat to long. The reset and power connectors are even worse.

That's a nice shade of vanilla.

Thanks.

**btw, the usb connector is bended while heated so it becomes better when i plug it to the MB. If you heat it while it straight and try bend it when its cold, you most likely will make the heatshrink to move off the connectors so the coloured wires will show.

you're up early mate.

All set for a long days modding?

hope its not cos you're off to work or something equally hideous

First day off in a long time. Going to fix some cables and then fill first loop and leaktest it. After that is done i must uninstall all components in my current rig and slap on last waterblock on the second gpu. Better start working on it since its my only freeday this week.
