Dustfilters will have similar function. Just wanted to see how the front looks with no filters on.

I love blue and because i think that black and gold would look a bit boring and i would also grow quickly bored of it. Adding blue will give it a nice contrast i think, and there will be blue leds, blue sata/pcie/8&24-pin cables aswell. The motherboard heatsinks is blue and there will also be blue dye in one of the loops.

I got two nightshifts coming up, but i will get some progress on thoursday-sunday.

Edit: I ordered the 3770k monday evening so il probably recieve it on friday/saturday. Was a bit dissapointed about the heat but that wont be a problem for me

If the performance dont meet my expectations i will grab a 3930k or wait for haswell.

Package from Nils recieved. More black sleeving/fan housing and 9m with white/yellow/red heatshrink for future modds.

Grey and villa sample.

Tomorrow im gonna do some cable management, make a few shelfs/paint'em and also put on the dustfilters in the front.

YES! Nils is the man! Love the vanilla sands sleeving, on my next project I'm using it no matter what, that colour goes with pretty much everything. I expect to see some decent cable management and sleeving brother!

Ive seen it but im sticking to Asus & Gigabyte boards only. If i used gold themed parts only, i think it would be overkill/boring. If i wanted, i could have gotten golden vengeance ram, golden cpu block from swiftech, golden fittings from monsoon and now this ECS board. Motherboards are sutch a vital part, and i could never trust ECS to make a good enough product for my needs.

Yeah i had to paint 10 more for second radiator and the two besides the psu.
