I've just found this and read through from the first page, good lord this is epic! Your attention to detail and craftsmanship is astounding. Very much looking forward to seeing this finished.

You should definitely follow this up with posts on the other forums you mentioned. You deserve some recognition for what you have created.

Thanks, its mutch appreciated

Update: Ive finnished painting screwes, fans, exchanging houses on fans and sleeving fans. Tomorrow im gonna mount the motherboard tray, fans/rads, sleeve second pump, mount the hdd racks. Hoping that i get my last order from performance-pc's.com soon, so i can make my own cables for a complete system + led making.

The work is just, enormous. Just don't hurry. The gold+black+blue, looks like some very wealthy, imperial, high-flown.

I have only one very stupid question- since the body is wooden, means dielectric, means that motherboard tray must be connected to the "ground" for extra safety measures? Usually, the charge comes from the standoffs to the metal chassis. I'm dumb maybe, and I apologize.

I think I can answer your question. Azurite is using the motherboard tray from a case so there is nothing to worry about. If you work back through the log you will be able to find a photo.

Nothing to worry about. The tray wont give shock to the MB and wood dont lead any elecrticity last time i checked. The psu is grounded and connected to the MB.

Got one radiator mounted....

How are you going to route the cables? if they just go through the base, then will they not be visible from underneath?

They will be tied down underneath. Got a plan for that so you just gonna have to wait and see. people wont go underneath lying on the floor will they? :-)
