Multiplier dropping...

Hi there, as the title says my multiplier on my i5-760 keeps dropping, I have am trying to fin dout how high the chip can go and just now i have it at 20x180=3.60GHz. No faults in prime and under 60c, however, I have noticed when i was running HWMonitor it says the multiplier went down to 9 !!!

Does anyone know what could be causing this ?

Do you have any power saving options enabled? there are some power saving options which adjust the multiplier.
