msi z97s sli plus problem

PC Master Race

OK so I was putting together my pc today and I inserted all my parts, then I hooked up the HDMI cable into the back of the motherboard. I am currently without a GPU but my Intel 4690k has a GPU built into it. So my problem is why cant my monitor detect a signal. I have used to monitors one HDMI and another DVI but the bios does not come onto the screen. I was wondering is there anything you could do to sort this issue. If not then I will have to order a GTX 970 which will arrive on the 30th of December which is a tooo long of a wait for me.
Thanks for any help.
BTW I HAVE POSTED A THREAD IN THE MSI CUSTOMER CARE BUT I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE.

First off, its Christmas. I'd expect RawZ et all are off. Second of all, quite why you expect them to respond within 10 minutes is beyond me.

yes brand new soo new you can smell the cardboard and plastic.
Also I cant get the monitor to get a signal. Not too sure what posting is sry

Posting is just basically turning on.

Is there another monitor or tv you have to test if the monitor is the problem?

I have tried 2 monitors one using a DVI connection and the other using a HDMI but both monitors say no signal. BTW the pc does turn on and everything light up as it should.

nope just took the one ram stick out. also im positive the wires are in correctly.
ARE you still there??????

Thats all I can think of dude. Sorry I couldn't help, but someone else probably has a solution. Also, its a forum, don't expect people to be on all the time and reply instantly ;)

Reseat everything and use a DVI connection when posting. ALso r u getting any error code on the motherboard or beeps?
Also definitely use only one Ram stick to eliminate ram problems and swap sticks out too
