The MPower was kind of late to the Z77 party, whereas the GD65 and Co. were released on launch. By the time the MPower came out, most of us had already built our new systems.
Given the choice, i'd have bought the MPower. I absolutely love the aesthetics, and the fact they individually stress test each board to ensure that they can handle overclocks in extreme thermal scenarios is amazing.
I think the only downside to the board is that it would have me buying the 'Lightning' branded GPUs from MSI, as I do like keeping to a colour scheme.
