OK G43 only supports Crossfire, 45 supports CFX and SLI. The main issue with the 43 is...

1. It's crap at overclocking and
2. It has those awful upward facing SATA ports.

It also has PCI slots in abundance where as the '45 has all PCIE slots.

ok thanks
so wich one is the best for a low price on i tight budget so cant be higher price then the msiz77g45

You need to remember that the G43 (as well as Gigabyte's UD3) were always budget boards.

The G45 started out life as a £150 mid ranged board and you will tell very quickly that the DNA is a match for such a board, but, due to the new Thunderbolt version the 'old' stock of the G45 has plummeted in price down to around £80.

The only catch (and it is only one) with the G45 is that you're pretty much at the end of the line when it comes to CPU upgrades.

If you're fine with that then right now you will not beat it on price not with any other board.

I was actually quite shocked to be able to find such a board when I was wanting to add another GTX 670 for SLI. I really thought Amazon had made a price cock up because I've never seen a board with so many features AND SLI for that sort of money.

thanks guys it is for a pc to a friend and he wanted to buy it today and he dont want to wait for haswell and i know it is the end of cpu upgrades but it will still preform pretty good and will make it atleast 1 year from now. so he is good for now.
and thanks for the help he took the g45 going with a 670 2gb.
